3. Do I need to be home for the cleaning service?

No, you don’t need to be home! For exterior services like window, gutter, and roof cleaning, as long as we have access to your property, we can perform the work and will notify you upon completion. For any indoor access needs, please let us know ahead of time, and we’ll work with your schedule.

4. How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

We recommend having your gutters cleaned at least once a year. However, if your property is surrounded by trees or prone to build-up, you may want to consider more frequent cleaning to prevent potential blockages or water damage.

5. Can I book a one-time service?

Absolutely! We offer both one-time and regular cleaning services, depending on your needs. Whether you need a single deep clean or ongoing maintenance, we’ll be happy to accommodate.

6. What payment options do you offer?

We offer easy and secure payment through GoCardless, so you don’t have to worry about handling cash or checks. Once your service is completed, you’ll receive a notification to finalize payment.

7. Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes, all of our cleaning products are eco-friendly and safe for pets, children, and the environment. We believe in providing effective cleaning solutions without compromising health or safety.

8. What happens if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?

For some services, light rain won’t disrupt our schedule, but in the case of heavy rain or adverse weather, we may reschedule to ensure the quality of our work. If there’s a delay, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and arrange a new date at your convenience.

9. Do you offer discounts for recurring services?
